Sarah Palin opposes abortion even in cases of rape and incest. She opposes abortion in all cases and opposes the use of birth control pills and condoms even among married couples! If McCain-Palin get elected and install more Pro-Life Supreme Court justices, then U.S. women are going to flock in droves to Canada, Mexico, and unsafe and unclean backrooms off back alleyways in America to have the right to make decisions over their own reproductive health. Talk about going backwards politically!
